My initial conversations with Jamie were very straight forward and he was always available on the phone. We discussed the fees and JTN were the best value by some margin. On site we had a mental health trainer and 3 first aid trainers, all showed up early and were very easy to deal with. The sessions were delivered in 30c+ heat but the trainers made the sessions interactive and kept everyone engaged.
